Download the app, create your account with an email address and a password, state your country, and you're in. Signing up takes a minute and asks for no bank card. A default account is created for you, so you can record your first transaction straight away.

Every account gets an eight-character referral code, customisable so it is easy to say out loud. Anyone who signs up with it becomes your referred friend: you then earn 10% of each of their payments for six months, and they get the premium features for free. The link is permanent — it cannot be transferred or reassigned.

Elsewhere the referral programme still works and earnings accumulate, but withdrawal is not open yet. The country is the one declared at signup, and it cannot be changed afterwards.
