Every account carries a referral code. You earn 10% of every payment your referred friends make for six months, and they get the premium features for free. In thirteen countries, those earnings can be withdrawn to mobile money.

Share your code
Your code is eight characters long and lives in the app settings. It can be changed: make it easy to dictate, because it will end up in a voice note or on a poster. The alphabet leaves out the characters that look alike — no 0 or O, no 1, I or L.

Your friend signs up
They enter your code while creating their account. The link is set at that moment and never moves: a code entered afterwards attaches no one, and a referred friend never changes referrer.

You are credited
Every valid signup adds to your referral earnings, visible in the app. There is no cap on how many people you can bring in.

You withdraw
If your country of residence is on the list below, your earnings can be withdrawn to your mobile money account. If not, they keep accumulating until your country opens.
Where withdrawal is open
The country that counts is the one you state at signup. It cannot be changed afterwards: it is what opens the right to withdraw, and letting it change would mean choosing your jurisdiction on payout day. A typing mistake is corrected by customer service.

The withdrawal threshold and payout delay are given by customer service.
What you should know
- The referral link is set when your friend signs up, once and for all. It cannot be transferred.
- The code can be changed, but no two accounts can carry the same one: if yours is taken, the app refuses it.
- The country stated at signup determines the right to withdraw, and cannot be changed in the app.
- A referred friend who deletes their account does not take back what you have already been credited.
- Creating fake accounts to refer yourself ends the payouts.
